Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our growing Business Applications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing functional solutions, conducting workshops, configuring the application,
and supporting successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The role requires robust ERP functional expertise, client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Business Central solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and fit-gap assessments.
- Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs. Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Projects.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), BRDs, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with technical consultants for customizations, integrations, and extensions.
- Support data migration activities, UAT execution, and end-user training.
- Participate in solution demonstrations, CRP sessions, and deployment activities.
