Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Senior Manager (Team Lead) - Renewals, Retention and Expansion to lead the team responsible for growing revenue from Codingal s existing customer base.

This is a sales leadership role focused on customer renewals, retention, upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation. You will own repeat customer revenue targets and build a high-performing team that helps parents continue and expand their children s learning journey with Codingal.

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, enjoys coaching and leading teams, and can combine customer empathy with commercial discipline. You should be comfortable working with revenue targets, analysing customer data, improving sales processes, and personally stepping into important customer conversations when required.
Key Responsibilities




- Revenue Ownership: Own monthly and quarterly repeat revenue targets across renewals, recurring payments and upsell.
- Pipeline and Forecasting: Build a predictable retention revenue and expansion pipeline, maintain accurate forecasts, and report key risks and opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the customer revenue team through target setting, pipeline reviews, call coaching, and performance management.
- Retention and Expansion: Identify at-risk customers, improve repeat payments, and create strategies for retention, reactivation, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop tailored engagement strategies based on customer value, geography, learning progress, engagement, and churn risk.
- Performance Improvement: Track funnel metrics, customer lifetime value, revenue retention, and team productivity to improve performance.
