Netenrich is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our growing team. As a Technical Writer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining high quality technical documentation and content that enables our customers and internal teams to better understand and utilize our products and services. You will work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to ensure the accuracy and clarity of our technical documentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Documentation Creation: Translate technical information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure that your team delivers explicit, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation, including post-sales content for online documentation (i.e., help articles, release notes, etc.) as well as provide UI text (i.e., UI tooltips, labels, error messages, etc.) for use by our UX and Engineering teams on the schedule.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and support teams,



to gather technical information and insights to create accurate documentation.
- Content Maintenance: Keep documentation up to date with product changes, updates, and improvements, ensuring that all information is current and relevant.
- Audience Understanding: Understand the needs and requirements of various target audiences, such as end-users, administrators, and developers, and tailor documentation accordingly.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all documentation through rigorous review and editing processes.
- Content Organization: Organize documentation logically and ensure it is easy to navigate, allowing users to find information quickly
