Job Summary

Role Overview - We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 2-6 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth by delivering IT staffing solutions across India.
Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients for Domestic IT Staffing services.
- Generate business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, Procurement teams, and key business stakeholders.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely candidate submissions and successful closures.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, rate cards, and service agreements with clients.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, manage follow-ups, and ensure accurate updates in the ATS/CRM.




- Achieve monthly business development targets and close 2-5 new clients per month.
- Target mid-sized and enterprise organizations (100+ employees) across multiple industries.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining long-term business relationships and delivering quality staffing services.
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing Business Development.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and business development within the IT staffing industry.
- Robust expertise in cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and relationship management.
- Experience working with IT Services, Staffing, Recruitment, or SaaS organizations.
