Key responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territory.
Visit hospitals, clinics,
doctors, retailers distributors to promote and sell OrthoHeal products.
Conduct product demonstrations and product trainings as required.
2. Customer Interaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic doctors, hospital staff, and purchase departments.
Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist in resolving customer queries and provide after-sales support.
3. Distributor/Dealer Support
Coordinate with local distributors or dealers for order placements, product availability, and deliveries.
Ensure channel partners are equipped with updated product knowledge and promotional material.
Help partners execute product schemes and awareness campaigns.
4. Lead Generation Expansion
Identify and convert new leads including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacy outlets.
