Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and month-end/year-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and statutory requirements
- Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and financial accuracy
- Drive process improvements and financial automation initiatives
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Monitor key financial KPIs and business performance
- Lead and mentor the accounting team
