Business Analyst – Secured Loans

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
with expertise in
Secured Lending
to support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements, optimize processes, and implement lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases).
- Conduct process analysis, gap assessment, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Work on end-to-end secured loan processes, including:
- Lead Management
- Loan Origination
- Credit Assessment
- Property Valuation & Legal Verification
- Underwriting
- Sanction & Disbursement
- Loan Servicing & Collections
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, and IT teams.
- Support LOS (Loan Origination System), LMS (Loan Management System), and Digital Lending platform initiatives.
- Prepare test cases, support UAT, and coordinate issue resolution.




- Create process flows, reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

Required Skills

Domain Expertise
- Solid knowledge of Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Gold Loans.
- Understanding of Credit Underwriting, Collateral Management, and Loan Servicing processes.
- Experience with LOS, LMS, and Digital Lending platforms.
