Job Summary:The Sr. Analyst - Imaging – Claims Services is responsible for accurate intake, classification, processing, and management of claim-related documentation within the Walmart Evidence Repository (WER) and associated systems. This role ensures timely document handling, evidence storage, and claims record integrity to support claims adjudication and compliance requirements in a high-volume operational environment.

About the team:The role is part of the Claims Center of Excellence (CoE), supporting imaging, document management, and evidence processing functions that enable efficient claims handling and compliance across Walmart’s operations.

What You’ll Do:Analyze and triage incoming claim-related communications and documentation.

Process, index, archive, and manage documents within the Walmart Evidence Repository (WER) in line with SLAs.

Match and route mail, certified documents, and evidence to appropriate claims accurately.

Support bill matching, CAS reviews, 360° video evidence management, and eDiscovery requests.

Ensure documentation integrity, confidentiality,



and compliance with established SOPs and policies.

What You’ll bringMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

5–7 years of work experience in document processing, claims support, or back-office operations.

Solid attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ability to work across multiple systems.

Good communication skills and ability to adhere strictly to compliance and quality standards.
