We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman / CAD Technician with 3 6 years of experience in architectural drafting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction elements and detailing, with exposure to industrial and steel/PEB construction projects being highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings, including Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and client presentation materials, in close collaboration with the Architect.
- Translate architectural concepts into detailed technical drawings, ensuring a strong focus on accuracy and construction practicality.
- Ensure that all drafted work complies with town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR).
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams as necessary.




- Support the design team by delivering high-quality drafts within the project timelines.

Skills Qualifications:
- ITI or TEB-certified Civil Draftsman or Diploma in Architectural Assistantship.
- 3 6 years of experience in architectural drafting with consultancy firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; knowledge of additional graphic software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of building construction elements, materials, and processes.
- Passion for precision in technical drawings and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and manage deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with industrial construction projects, including steel/PEB structures, is advantageous.
