We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Account Executive
to support client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth execution across multiple accounts. Working closely with Account Managers and internal teams, you will play an key role in managing day-to-day client communication, project coordination, proposals, and operational activities.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and building strong client relationships. You will gain hands-on exposure to account management, project execution, commercial discussions, talent coordination, and client servicing while gradually taking ownership of projects and client interactions.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Account & Project Coordination
- Support Account Managers in managing ongoing client accounts and creative projects
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, follow-ups,



and internal dependencies to ensure smooth execution
- Track project progress and proactively highlight potential delays, risks, or challenges
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule

Client Servicing
- Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships through timely communication and responsive service
- Participate in client calls, requirement gathering, status updates, and project discussions
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely resolution of queries and requests

Talent Coordination & Quality Support
- Assist in identifying and coordinating appropriate creative talent based on project requirements
- Support talent evaluation based on quality, experience, availability, project fit, and budget
- Coordinate with creative professionals to ensure requirement
