Role Overview

Vehant Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in secure, mission-critical IT environments .
The role involves designing, managing, and securing IT infrastructure supporting Vehant s security solutions , including RD systems, production environments, and deployed customer systems.
Candidates with prior experience in private defence companies or regulated environments will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and secure enterprise IT infrastructure across Vehant locations and project sites.
- Lead administration of Linux and Windows server environments .
- Manage network infrastructure and security , including firewalls, VPNs, VLAN segmentation, and access control.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies , system hardening, and best practices.
- Own backup, disaster recovery,



and business continuity planning .
- Implement logging, monitoring, and audit mechanisms .
- Support secure RD, testing, and production environments , including isolated or restricted setups.
- Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, SOCs, and security vendors.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior IT team members.
- Lead incident handling, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, architecture diagrams, and compliance documentation .
- Support internal and external audits, customer reviews, and compliance requirements .
- Act as a key IT stakeholder during customer deployments and critical project phases .

Required Skills Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics .
- 5 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / System Engineering roles.
- Robust hands-on experience with:

Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL)

Windows Server environments
