Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Merchant Acquisition Manager
with robust expertise in the
Banking, Payments, and Merchant Acquiring domain
.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing merchant acquisition activities, merchant onboarding, acquiring operations, payment processing, merchant relationships, and business requirements within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee




merchant acquisition and onboarding activities

- Drive merchant acquisition strategies and identify opportunities to expand the merchant portfolio.
- Manage the complete
merchant lifecycle
, from onboarding through activation and ongoing relationship management.
- Work closely with banking, payment, operations, technology, and business teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and service delivery.
- Understand and manage merchant requirements, commercial terms, pricing, fees, and settlement processes.
- Monitor merchant performance, transaction activities, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve merchant-related issues efficiently.
- Support payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction-related activities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance merchant acquisition and onboarding processes.
