About the Role

The Head of Finance, Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) will lead the company's finance function by driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and business performance analysis. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on finance leader who can build scalable financial systems, improve profitability, support business decisions, and strengthen financial governance across the organization.

This individual will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to provide actionable financial insights, ensure statutory compliance, optimize working capital, and establish best-in-class financial processes to support the company's growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & Business Partnering
- Lead the organization's financial planning and analysis function.




- Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Build financial models to evaluate recent business opportunities, pricing, and investments.
- Present monthly business performance reviews and financial insights to the CEO and leadership team.

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare annual operating plans and departmental budgets.
- Develop monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis.
- Identify financial risks, revenue opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support long-term financial planning and business expansion strategies.

Accounts Receivable & Revenue Management
- Oversee end-to-end receivables management.
