ewWe are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to lead customer consultations, understand client requirements, and convert qualified leads into successful projects. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in residential interior sale

s.Key Responsibiliti
- esEngage with prospective customers and understand their home interior requirement
- s.Conduct detailed consultations and recommend suitable interior solution
- s.Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects by effectively presenting design concepts, pricing, and value proposition




- s.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales journe
- y.Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure a seamless customer experienc
- e.Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing within company guideline
- s.Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CR
- M.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target
- s.Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and competitor offering
- s.Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional servic

e.Required Qualificatio
- nsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferre
- d.3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in residential interiors, home décor, furniture, real estate, or related industrie
- s.Proven track record of achieving sales target
- s.Robust negotiation, presentation, and closing skill
- s.Excellent verbal and written communication
