Job Title: Application Lab - Intern

Location: Navi Mumbai, India

Work Arrangement: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and evaluating functional ingredient blends for food applications.
- Conduct hands-on laboratory trials for categories including dairy beverages, ice cream, bakery premixes, sweetener blends, batter coating systems, and other customized food solutions.
- Prepare formulations, samples, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Document trial results, formulations, and technical records accurately.
- Support sample preparation and dispatch.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Production teams for raw material and sample management.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with good laboratory practices.
Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Masters degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology,



Nutrition, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Robust interest in food product development and hands-on laboratory work.
- Good documentation, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
