Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled
QA Automation Engineer
with 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Java-based automation frameworks
and hands-on experience with
CI/CD integration
to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Analyze test results, log defects, and track them to closure
- Ensure test coverage, quality metrics,
and continuous improvement in testing processes
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for automation
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing
- Robust programming skills in Java
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber (BDD)
- Experience in CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
- Experience in API testing tools like RestAssured / Postman
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
