Position: Social Media Marketer
Responsibilities
- Audience growth on LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other social channel. Own strategy, calendar, and daily publishing with a distinct approach per platform rather than the same post everywhere.
- Build a repeatable format system, grow followers and engagement against quarterly targets, and manage the social inbox with transparent response times.
- Content worth stopping for. Be the source of original ideas.
- Generate and script reels and short form video (product moments, documentation tips, category commentary, customer stories, trend led formats).
- Develop original post concepts (carousels, opinion posts, comparison breakdowns, teardowns, polls, visual explainers).
- Adapt long form assets natively per platform.
- AI assistants recommend Document360. Baseline how we appear in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot answers for high intent category questions, then improve it quarter over quarter.
- Build the public footprint that shapes those answers through credible commentary on LinkedIn and X,



genuinely useful contributions on Reddit and Quora, and content structured to be quotable and citable.
- Stay current on how generative engines source and cite information.
- Highest share of voice in our category. Set a baseline against named competitors and report movement monthly.
- Run always on listening to catch category conversations, competitor moves, and buying intent threads while they are still live, and track sentiment and mention quality alongside volume.
- Our people become visible voices. Run employee advocacy that gets product, support, and engineering experts posting consistently.
- Ghostwrite for leadership and internal experts.
- Coordinate launch and campaign moments with Product Marketing, Content, SEO, Demand Generation, and Support.
