Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Facility Manager with experience in managing multiple office locations within a mid-sized organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facility operations,



maintenance, vendor management, health safety compliance, space utilization, employee support services across multiple sites in India.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities

Facility Infrastructure Management
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations across multiple office locations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of workplace infrastructure, utilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and office services.
- Develop and implement facility management policies, processes, and best practices.
- Plan and manage office expansion, relocation, renovation, and workspace optimization projects.
- Manage all indoor and outdoor office functions, including workspace operations, office maintenance, landscaping, parking management, building exterior upkeep, employee events, and overall workplace setting.
- Maintain high standards of workplace safety, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
