Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in
SQL, Python, ETL
development, and data engineering practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large-scale data processing systems, relational databases, ETL tools, reporting platforms, and Python-based automation solutions.

The role involves designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise data pipelines, reporting solutions, and database-driven applications in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also be expected to work closely with US-based clients and stakeholders, requiring solid communication and collaboration skills. Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects in MSSQL and MySQL.
- Work with ETL tools such as Pentaho or equivalent technologies for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.




- Build Python-based automation scripts and data processing utilities.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in SQL queries, ETL jobs, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and implement data requirements.
- Communicate effectively with US-based clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in client discussions, status meetings, and technical walkthroughs.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple systems.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
