Job Description
Primary Function of Position




The Sr Business System Analyst will act as Workday Systems Analyst/Developer and possess both the functional & technical understanding of Workday HCM and will serve as primary source for Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support, configuration, and development of interfaces and functional enhancements.

Essential Job Duties
- Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Workday platform.
- Configure and design Workday HCM functional areas including core HCM, absence, benefits, compensation, business process and security.
- Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration’s platform.
- Involve in building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.
- Analyze business processes, perform fit-gap analysis as required, and provide ISI business teams with cost productive proposal on inefficiencies and risks to dete
