We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle CCS Developer with 3 to 12 years of experience to join our remote team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Customer Care & Billing (CC&B;) ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex utilities business requirements into scalable, high-performing technical applications.

Role & responsibilities

- Development & Customization: Design, code, and implement scripts, business rules, and workflow processes within Oracle CCS / CC&B.;
- Database Programming: Write efficient SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and packages to support backend database functions.
- Requirement Analysis: Analyze complex business processes to develop robust, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
- Support & Maintenance: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to ensure minimal downtime for critical system components.




- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, project managers, and clients to deliver technical configurations that align with strategic goals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 3 to 12 years of hands-on technical experience in Oracle CCS or Oracle CC&B.;
- Core Technical Skills: Solid expertise in Oracle CCS scripting, business object configuration, algorithms, and maintenance objects.
- Database Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Oracle Database management, SQL tuning, and PL/SQL programming.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record in debugging complex code, identifying system bottlenecks, and providing production support.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
