Responsibilities
- Trouble shooting on system
- Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT
- Monthly hold clearance
- Process Analysis; sharing of best practices with team.
- Coordinate with Sales ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
- Liaisoning with functional team Operations, Risk, Banking, to cover process gap
