- Responsible for tracking, managing controlling PDD requirement compliance
- Reduction in customer complaints cancellation by ensuring that no miss-selling is being done.
- Understanding of CRM Salesforce.com.
- Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, Risk within 2W/3W teams.
- To ensure TAT is maintained for case processing.
