- Manage the full tendering process for Industrial projects, Commercial, Residential/Building/warehouse Projects including Pre & Post Tendering process.
- Must have experience of Plumbing,Electrical,Firefighting
- Rate Analysis,Documentation,Cost Estimation,budget preparation,
- Done the Online Bidding,Business Development for current project.
- Must have done the budget preparation, project cost monitoring , labour deployment.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-15 years of experience in tendering, Contracts & Estimation
- Strong understanding of cost estimation and contract negotiation
- Excellent technical writing and analytical skills
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
