Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor aluminium extrusion press operations.
- Ensure smooth production while achieving daily output targets.
- Improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize machine utilization.
- Handle shift operations and manage shop-floor manpower efficiently.
- Monitor and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain product quality as per customer and process requirements.
- Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with shop-floor practices.
- Coordinate production planning to achieve on-time delivery.
- Maintain production records and support process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Aluminium Extrusion Process and Press Operations.
- Experience in Productivity Improvement and Process Optimization.
- Shift Management and Manpower Handling.
- OEE monitoring and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with 5S and Kaizen implementation.
- Knowledge of Quality Control and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Production Planning and Safety Management.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
