Key Responsibilities:

End to End Recruitment.

Handle recruitment coordination and on boarding

Maintain employee records, files, and HR MIS

Manage attendance, leave, and shift records

Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts

Address employee concerns and grievances

Support audits and HR reporting

Assist in employee engagement activities

Manage the complete Performance Management System (PMS) across the organisation.

* Develop and implement KRA (Key Result Areas) and KPA (Key Performance Areas) for various functions and positions.

* Work closely with business/function heads to define SMART goals, KRAs, KPIs and measurable performance parameters.
