- Design, develop, and implement training programs and initiatives for all plants to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct audits including ISO and cybersecurity to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate training calendars across multiple plants, ensuring effective scheduling and utilization of resources.
- Prepare and maintain detailed training schedules and calendars, incorporating feedback and adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with plant managers and HR teams to assess training needs and priorities through Training Needs Assessments (TNI).
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and continuous improvement processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts to deliver specialized training sessions as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovations into training strategies.
