- Monthly hold clearance
- Process Analysis Sharing of best practices with team.
- Coordinate with Sales ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
- Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process
- Liasoning with functional team Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gap
