We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. This role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Administrator and at least 3+ years of experience with MS SQL and PostgreSQL to maintain a reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant database infrastructure for our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
Database Administration & Support:
- Install, maintain,



and troubleshoot RHEL/OEL OS supporting Oracle databases in physical and virtualized environments.
- Provide DBA services to application development, qualified services, and support teams, including database design, query validation/execution, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot database alerts, logs, jobs, disk groups, tablespaces, and resolve performance-related issues.
- Automate database tasks and develop scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Infrastructure & Security
- Lead the design and implementation of database infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
- Manage the implementation of technical controls to enforce security policies.
- Ensure compliance with SOC2/ISO27001 audits and adhere to all audited controls.

Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Design, implement, and maintain DR methodologies, ensuring documentation is up to date.
