Role Description
The Insurance Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Insurance Advisor will identify customer needs, recommend suitable protection and savings solutions, and explain policy features, benefits,



and terms in a clear and compliant manner. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing customers, conducting financial needs assessments, preparing proposals, and supporting customers through the application, underwriting, and policy servicing processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams for smooth policy issuance, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies. The Insurance Advisor is also expected to participate in training sessions, contribute to sales targets, and uphold high standards of professional ethics and customer service.

Qualifications
