We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Programme Delivery Manager to lead programme delivery across a Focus Area (e.g., Produce, Sell, Deliver, or Engage Grow) within our recent domain-driven operating model. This is a strategic leadership role that spans multiple business domains, requiring you to orchestrate complex, interdependent programmes while balancing competing priorities.
Reporting to the Director, Technical Portfolio Management, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of transformation initiatives including our Unified Content (UC) Platform, legacy system transitions, in-year revenue commitments, and ongoing simplification work. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, partnering with Domain Leads, Product Directors, Engineering Heads, and senior business stakeholders.
This role requires someone who can operate with significant autonomy, exercise independent judgement on matters of strategic importance, and influence outcomes across organizational boundaries.

You own and deliver programmes/initiatives to achieve organisation-level goals and key results across multiple domains within your Focus Area.
