Senior Service Engineer / Service Specialist

The Senior Service Engineer / Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring high equipment availability, leading advanced maintenance activities, and providing technical expertise across mining and drilling equipment. The role demands robust troubleshooting skills, deep technical knowledge of HEMM surface drilling equipment, strict adherence to safety standards,



and the ability to guide on ground teams and channel partners. The position also supports contract execution, customer satisfaction, reliability improvement, and continuous operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety, Compliance Workplace Standards

Drive a ZERO INJURY culture and ensure full compliance with SHE guidelines.

Ensure implementation of housekeeping, 5S, SOP, SMP, and safety standards at all work locations.

Participate in workplace safety audits, hazard identification, and SHE incident reporting with corrective actions.

2. Technical Service Execution

Perform daily, scheduled, breakdown, and corrective maintenance activities to achieve targeted availability, MTTR, and MTBF.

Lead advanced troubleshooting for CAN BUS, hydraulic, and electrical systems on surface drill rigs and HEMM.

Conduct RCA, FMEA, failure analysis, and implement improvement actions.
