- Bachelor s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 10 years as a Business Analyst with prior exposure to IT projects; experience in Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder communication, and testing coordination, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
- Advanced certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights; keen attention to detail in identifying and implementing improved workflows and solutions.
- Proficiency in tools and techniques such as UML, BPMN, use cases, Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and SQL; experience with data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and API testing (SoapUI/Postman) is a plus.




- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies; Scrum Certification is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, business teams, and external partners.
- Strong documentation and formatting skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and well-structured requirement materials.
