To be successful as a Senior Ab Initio Developer, you should have experience with:
- Solid expertise in ETL technologies, preferably Ab Initio. Ability to design, develop, and maintain complex Ab Initio ETL processes and data flows.
- Hands-on expertise in ETL development (Ab Initio), data warehousing, Oracle, and Unix.
- Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, including dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and enterprise-scale ETL architecture. Proven experience in data pipeline optimization, performance tuning, and data quality management.
- Proficiency in shell scripting and programming languages such as Scala or Python. A strong focus on automation using Unix/Python scripting.

- Expertise in SQL, including advanced SQL capabilities.
- Broader knowledge of data warehousing practices.
- Familiarity with data transformation and data quality tools.
- Prior experience working within the banking or financial services domain.
