We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Manager - Campaign Operations
to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and monitoring of customer engagement campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have
5-9 years of experience
in campaign management, CRM operations, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing, with robust hands-on expertise in
ERP/CRM platforms and CleverTap
.

The role requires a combination of operational excellence, analytical thinking, customer-centricity, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently while continuously improving engagement, retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign operations, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, execution, monitoring, reporting, and optimization
- Manage and execute campaigns using CleverTap,



leveraging customer data, behavioral insights, segmentation, journeys, triggers, and automation capabilities
- Work extensively with ERP/CRM systems to manage customer data, campaign workflows, lead/customer journeys, and engagement activities
- Build and manage targeted customer segments based on demographics, behavior, transaction history, engagement patterns, lifecycle stages, and other relevant attributes
- Develop and execute personalized campaigns across channels such as push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messaging, and other digital touchpoints
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Analytics, Technology, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Establish campaign calendars, execution processes, quality checks, and operational workflows to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion
