Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Design
- Lead the design of PHE (Plumbing, Heating & Environmental) and Fire Protection/Alarm systems for high-rise buildings, hospitals, commercial spaces, shopping malls, data centers, and industrial projects.
- Perform detailed hydraulic calculations, fire protection system design, and all related technical services for complex projects.
- Conduct design reviews, ensuring compliance with Indian standards and international codes (NBC, IGBC, GRIHA, NFPA, ASPE, IPC, etc.).
- Communicate and present design concepts and solutions to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.

Team & Project Management
- Oversee PHE & Fire project teams, ensuring consistent delivery of quality work within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
- Mentor junior staff, guiding to help them develop their skills and meet qualified goals.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the PHE & Fire Department, setting both short-term and long-term departmental goals.
- Participate in client meetings, establishing and nurturing positive client relationships.




- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance team performance, client service, and design innovation.
- Review project billings regularly to ensure they align with financial goals.

Industry Expertise & Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in PHE & Fire systems, applying this knowledge to continually improve project outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new approaches to design and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required) with a professional certificate in PHE or Fire Engineering.
- Experience:
Minimum 16+ years of experience in the building design sector, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role focused on PHE & Fire systems.

FSAI-AP, CFPS, or similar certifications a
