Responsibilities
- Project Sales Engineer
- Communication: Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills to handle both technical engineers and non-technical buyers.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose customer operational gaps and match them with appropriate product functions.
- Commercial Drive: Skill in negotiating terms, building long-term partnerships, and closing high-value B2B deals.
- Technical Solutions: Study client blueprints or requirements and design matching systems.
- Proposals Tenders: Follow up and prepare pre tendering for Project team
- Client Relations: Meet with project managers, contractors, and engineers to present product benefits.
- Project Coordination: Work with internal engineering and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
- Administrative Management
- Working on new opportunity and CRM (SAP) and keep monitor and update.
- Handle documentation, reports, and correspondence related to service operations.
- Managing customer master data, including customer records, contact information
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and relationship-building in alignment with SKF s core values.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and customer documentation as needed.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to operations and administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in project sales (preferably in manufacturing industries such as Oil and Gas, Energy, Heavy Industry)
- Robust organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity wit
