About The Role
We are looking for a passionate Associate QA Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Manual and Automation Testing to join our QA team. The role focuses on executing structured testing across web and mobile applications,
contributing to automation script development in Java + Selenium, and ensuring high-quality releases through disciplined test practices.
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow — someone who takes ownership of assigned modules, collaborates closely with developers and business analysts, and consistently delivers reliable test outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Test Execution
- Perform manual testing across functional, regression, integration, and system levels for web and mobile applications.
- Execute assigned test cases, log defects with explicit reproduction steps, and verify fixes.
- Participate in sprint testing cycles and support releasereadiness activities.
Automation Testing
- Develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts using Java + Selenium under the guidance of senior engineers or the QA lead.
