Key Responsibilities
- Assist in research and prototyping of agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and execution.
- Support the design and implementation of multi-agent architectures for workflow automation.
- Contribute to integrating LLMs with RPA bots and APIs, including Power Automate flows, for task automation.
- Develop and test AI-RPA hybrid solutions under guidance, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify automation opportunities and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Participate in monitoring and optimizing agent performance across the product lifecycle.
- Business Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of AI ethics and safety principles for responsible deployment.
- Understanding of business process automation and ability to translate requirements into workflows.
- Exposure to RPA development tools (UiPath Studio,



Automation Anywhere Control Room, Blue Prism Process Studio, Power Automate Desktop/Cloud).
- Familiarity with data structures, APIs, and system integrations for enabling agent autonomy.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI and RPA technologies.
- General Skills:
- A motivated team player with the ability to contribute independently to projects.
- Open to recent ideas and innovative approaches in AI and automation.
- Proactive learner who keeps up with advancements in agentic AI and RPA technologies including Power Automate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to understand end-to-end processes.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- Post-graduation or certification in AI/ML technologies or RPA platforms is a plus.
