Knowledge of Research writing is not a must; however, applicants interested in the domain are encouraged to apply : ) Responsibilities: - Own the Agent for Research Workflows end-to-end. - Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI agent that assists researchers. - Build a modular, extensible agent platform that works across multiple research domains and user segments. - Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, NLP, design, growth, and data teams to deliver an agent-first research experience. - Do prompt engineering and evals for agentic systems. - Translate ambiguous user problems into structured product requirements and intelligent system behaviours. - Continuously refine the agent through user insights, experimentation, and iterative learning loops. - Work closely with software development teams on defining,



designing and delivering high-quality products; provide feedback on architecture, design, and priorities - Interact with the design team to convert product requirements into actionable prototypes. - Closely work with engineering to flesh out the product requirements into clear, executable tasks with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. - Use a combination of outstanding analytical skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate and create world-class experiences. - Take initiative. Don't wait to be asked. Plan efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis. - Proactively fill communication gaps amongst all team members - We believe good communication solves half the problem. Requirements: - 4+ years of relevant work experience in software development in technical leadership, product management or similar roles. - Must possess a solid understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, orchestration, and modern AI architecture
