Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of projects, including design, development, deployment, and support.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using .NET framework, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Angular 14+, and MS SQL Server.
- Ensure code quality, design patterns, and best practices are consistently applied.
- Optimize database queries and improve performance of SQL Server-based solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (or similar tools).
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team growth.
- Work with AWS Cloud for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications.
- Manage Git/Bitbucket repositories and ensure proper branching, merging,



and release management strategies.
Required Skills Qualifications:
- 7 10 years of total experience in software development.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in: .NET framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, C#, Angular 14+ (or higher), MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, SQL query optimization performance tuning, Design Patterns best coding practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
