Job Description

Lead and manage the 24/7 Threat Monitoring Team, ensuring seamless operations across all shifts. Ensures current processes are followed correctly and facilitate coordination across shifts.Oversee and coordinate the incident management process, ensuring rapid responses to emerging risks.Ensure the effective communication of security measures to clients and staff, particularly in terms of travel risk management.Foster a high-performance environment for the team, encouraging professional development and adherence to company s risk mitigation standards.Provide strategic direction for the team s efforts in global threat monitoring and reporting.Review GSOC outputs and products to ensure a consistently high-quality standard.Develop and implement GSOC process improvements to respond to changing demands, including identifying opportunities to automate / streamline existing GSOC tasks.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and business partners to effectively support their needs.Assist with the identification,



acquisition and development of new products and services.
Qualifications and Skills (Required)
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in GSOC operations (whether as an analyst / operator or manager), threat intelligence, risk analysis, or related leadership roles. Experience in fields like executive protection, intelligence, operations, crisis management, corporate security, or emergency response is strongly preferred. Good command of physical security principles and practices is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills, especially within a security workplace, are required. Additionally, a demonstrated ability to effectively handle and lead during security incidents and crises is crucial.
- Education: Master s degree or bachelor s degree with equivalent experience in political science, economics, international relations, political economy, or related fields.
