Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Frequent knowledge updates on the latest industry trends, including Generative AI and Vision AI advancements, IT modernization, and automation practices.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support stakeholder business requirements and solution phrasing.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas of improvement, and propose solutions with thorough gap analysis and attention to detail.
- Interact with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA, and Project Management, to ensure an effective SDLC.
- Create Work Breakdown Structures, proposal documents, and effort estimates based on confirmed scope.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, change requests, and user manuals/ documentation.
- Deliver presentations, run workshops, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




- Perform requirement gathering analysis and ensure solutions meet defined business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment in business requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical mindset, and quick learning ability.
- Working knowledge of modern AI technologies and their use cases in business environments.
- Ability to communicate in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and English is preferred.
- Proficient in documentation and requirement specification writing.
- Experience in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and process optimization.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI productivity platforms.
- Ability to create user stories, workflows, functional documentation, and process maps.
