Hiring for Project Manager (Job Code: CHD-PM) 5-8 Years- We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in Chandigarh. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing projects from inception to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans by defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with marketing goals and strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams comprising marketing specialists, designers, developers, and content creators. Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members, fostering effective collaboration and ensuring high-quality project outputs.
- Scope and Risk Management: Define project scope, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Continuously monitor project progress,



identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Conduct regular project meetings, prepare progress reports, and facilitate effective communication channels between team members and stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are available for each project task. Collaborate with department heads to identify resource needs, resolve conflicts, and optimize resource utilization.
