Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development professional with prior experience in the IT / Digital Marketing industry to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining services, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Explain the company's IT & Digital Marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Web Development, Paid Ads, etc.) to prospects.
- Maintain and update the database/CRM with accurate client information.
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages.
- Coordinate with the Business Development Executives (BDEs) to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.




- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide the required details.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of telecalling / telesales experience in the IT or Digital Marketing industry (preferred).
- Strong communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing services and IT solutions.
- Ability to handle rejections positively and work under targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
