Your Mission
Own and drive successful renewals, retention, and expansion across UiPath enterprise customer accounts. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Channel, Solution Engineering, Finance, and Legal to protect recurring revenue, improve renewal predictability, and help customers realize more value from the UiPath platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of enterprise and commercial customer accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting and high on-time renewal rates.
- Retain and grow subscription revenue by identifying renewal risks, resolving commercial blockers, and positioning relevant UiPath packaging, pricing, and platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build renewal plans 90-180 days ahead of expiration.
- Manage renewal quotes, proposals, order forms, contract terms, procurement discussions, and internal approvals.
- Provide strategic renewal portfolio insights by analyzing renewals up to eight quarters in advance,
identifying revenue trends, churn risks, timing considerations, and expansion opportunities to support proactive account planning and forecast accuracy.
- Identify expansion opportunities across UiPath platform capabilities, including automation, orchestration, AI/agentic automation, document processing, process intelligence, testing, and cloud deployment options.
- Support customer migrations from legacy packaging or licensing models to current UiPath offerings.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, renewal forecasts, pipeline updates, next steps, and risk status.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Channel/Distribution, Solution Engineering, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal to deliver a seamless customer renewal experience.
