KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Platform Operations Amazon & Flipkart
- Manage and operate BPT's Amazon.in Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub accounts on a daily basis
- Ensure all seller account metrics remain in the Green health zone — ODR, Late Dispatch, Cancellation Rate
- Manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) & FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart) shipments — quantity planning, dispatch coordination, inventory reconciliation
- Process seller-fulfilled orders on Amazon & Flipkart within SLA
- Monitor and resolve any account suspension risks, policy violations, or buyer escalations proactively

Product Listings & Catalogue
- Upload and maintain all product listings — titles, bullets, descriptions, backend search terms, images
- Coordinate with the Catalogue & Content team/ agency on A+ content, infographics, and enhanced brand content
- Ensure all SKUs are correctly mapped to categories with complete attributes
- Flag & fix listing suppression, stranded inventory, or buybox loss
- Maintain a live master catalogue tracker — listing status, content score, image status, suppression flags





Inventory & Fulfilment
- Monitor inventory levels daily across Amazon FBA and Flipkart FBF — flag stockout risk in advance
- Coordinate with supply chain and factory for replenishment
- Track FBA stranded inventory, aged inventory, and removal orders — minimise storage fees
- Build and maintain a weekly FBA inbound shipment plan aligned to sales velocity

Pricing & Promotions
- Implement and maintain the floor pricing policy across all marketplace
- Set up promotional pricing using platform tools: coupons, lightning deals, bank offers, combo deals
- Monitor competitor pricing weekly and flag significant deviations
- Coordinate with GM on seasonal pricing strategy for Amazon AGIF, Flipkart BBD, and festive season events

Advertising Execution
- Execute Sponsored Product and Sponsored Brand campaigns on Amazon as briefed by GM or KAM
- Monitor campaign-level ACOS daily — pause or adjust bids on campaign
