Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst – Business Transformation with strong expertise in
PeopleSoft Financials
, specifically the
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
module. The ideal candidate should come from a
functional consulting background
and possess hands-on experience in analyzing, optimizing, and transforming business processes across finance operations.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience in
PeopleSoft Financials
- Solid expertise in
PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
module
- Functional
PeopleSoft consulting experience (Technical profiles will not be considered)

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Design and implement future-state business processes aligned with organizational objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare process maps, workflows, SOPs, and business documentation.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, process discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support change management activities, including user training and process adoption.
- Perform impact analysis and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in testing, UAT, and validation of business process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and process documentation.

Required Experience
- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or PeopleSoft Functional Consultant.
- Strong functional knowledge of
PeopleSoft Financials P2P
processes.
- Experience in business process mapping, process optimization, and requirements gathering.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional business teams.

Preferred Skills
- Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen experience.
- Exposure to Celoni
