Job Summary:

Sales Team Leader (Sales TL)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Foster a positive and competitive sales workplace while encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Sales Strategy Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Set clear sales targets for the team and develop action plans to meet those targets.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous growth.
- Ensure that the team actively promotes Eye Mantra s products and services, such as consultations, surgeries, and corrective lens solutions, to meet patient needs and sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:




- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns, questions, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that patients are properly informed about all available treatments, services, and products, providing consultative advice to drive sales.
- Sales Reporting Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including progress toward sales goals, performance analysis, and market trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Implement measures to improve team performance based on sales data analysis.
