Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and optimization of open-source solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, with expertise in software architecture, open-source technologies, and a passion for maintaining high-quality code through rigorous code reviews.

This role demands a hands-on leader who can guide teams, drive best practices, and ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance architectures for open-source applications.
- Select tools, frameworks, and libraries to meet project and business needs.
- Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, ensuring quality and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards, architectural guidelines, and design patterns.
- Resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks,



and security vulnerabilities in the codebase.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices.
- Promote adoption of open-source tools and frameworks; contribute to open-source projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers.
- Mentor developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
- Act as the technical expert, resolving complex challenges and roadblocks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Foster innovation and experimentation to push technical boundaries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid programming skills in one or more languages: Java, Python, GoLang, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools.
- Expertise in architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven architectur
